1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received an incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made products, and final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted goods).
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us at support@etherialiving.click with your request.
Step 2: Once approved, mail the item to our return address (provided via email).
Step 3: After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (timing varies by bank).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Original shipping fees (unless the error was ours).

Photos of the item (if defective/damaged).
