1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days​ of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received an incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made products, and final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted goods).


2. Refund Process

  • Step 1:​ Contact us at support@etherialiving.click​ with your request.

  • Step 2:​ Once approved, mail the item to our return address (provided via email).

  • Step 3:​ After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method​ within 3–7 business days​ (timing varies by bank).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.

  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.

  • Original shipping fees (unless the error was ours).


4. How to Initiate a Return
