1. Purpose and Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped by VICTORIA CRIFF LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including products purchased directly from us, returns, and exchanges. We are committed to providing safe, timely, cost-effective delivery and an exceptional customer experience.

2. Carrier Selection

2.1 We partner only with logistics providers holding valid operating licenses and complying with all applicable US federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2.2 Carriers are selected based on service quality, reliability, delivery network coverage, and cost-effectiveness. Primary partners include USPS, FedEx, UPS, and regional carriers where appropriate.

3. Shipping Methods & Areas

3.1 Standard Delivery Areas (Contiguous US):​ Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground.

3.2 Extended Delivery Areas (Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO):​ Shipments may be routed via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS services suitable for the destination. Delivery times may be longer than for the contiguous US.

3.3 Special Items:​ High-value, fragile, oversized, perishable, or regulated items may require specialized packaging and/or designated carriers (e.g., FedEx Express Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, or freight services). Requirements will be indicated on the product page or communicated during checkout/processing.

4. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

4.1 Orders placed and paid for before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays) will generally be processed and shipped the same day. Exceptions apply to pre-order items, custom-made products, or specific promotions with noted processing times.

4.2 Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on US federal holidays will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the next business day.

4.3 Products with specific processing timelines (e.g., “Ships within 3-5 business days,” “Allow 2 weeks for delivery”) will adhere to the timeframe stated on the product detail page.

5. Shipping Fees

5.1 Free Standard Shipping:​ Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00 shipped within the contiguous United States.

5.2 Standard Shipping Fee:​ Orders under $50.00 shipped within the contiguous US will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99.

5.3 Extended Area Surcharge:​ Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may incur an additional shipping surcharge. This fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process based on your shipping address.

5.4 International Shipping:​ We currently ship primarily within the United States and its territories. For potential international shipping inquiries, please contact Customer Service at support@etherialiving.click before placing your order. Fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Responsibilities

6.1 Company Error (Defective/Wrong Item):​ If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipment of the correct replacement item.

6.2 Customer-Initiated Return/Exchange:​ For returns or exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery due to change of mind, size preference, etc.:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item (for exchanges) or processing the refund (once the returned item is received and inspected).

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify.

    6.3 Undeliverable/Refused Shipments:​ If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer) or is refused by the recipient, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs (original and return). A refund will be issued for the product cost minus these shipping fees.

7. Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership (title) and the risk of loss or damage for the products you order pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items

We comply with all US regulations and carrier restrictions regarding prohibited or restricted items. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any items they order comply with all applicable laws and regulations for their location. Restricted items may include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, certain liquids, batteries, or items requiring special permits.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”). This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, or significant disruptions in carrier networks. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays and work to resolve them promptly.

VICTORIA CRIFF LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website, etherialiving.click, and will become effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
